What is in a Beef Box with Roast Add-on
Each month you will recieve:
- 5 packs of ground beef (1lb. per pack)
- 2 packs of brat flavor #1 (1lb. per pack, 4 brats in each)
- 2 packs of brat flavor #2 (1lb. per pack, 4 brats in each)
- +$20 Selected cuts of roasts like the Chuck, Eye of Round, Rump, or Sirloin.
Brat Flavors:
- Spicy Italian - hot beef sausage links; spices include fennel, pepper, cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper.
- Blue Ribbon - has a savory, robust flavor with a subtle hint of nutmeg.
- Swiss Style - a mildly seasoned classic, with hints of onion and garlic without overpowering the taste palate.
