Italian Beef Penne Kit: Ground Beef with Cooking Mix

A 30-minute meal for 4 to 6 people - under $20! This kit is our special recipe with a hint of my mom's German flare: seasonings like thyme and marjoram along with black pepper and onion are just a few. We've done most of the work, you'll just need to add the wet ingredients and follow the directions on the pack. If you're an Italian food enthusiastlike us, this kit is right up your alley!  

The kit includes:  our cooking mix (containing the dry ingredients) and 1 lb. of our ground beef 

You will need to add: 1 box of pasta (Penne or Rigatoni preferred), 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 can Italian diced tomatoes.

Pick-up from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly. You can also get your farm-raised meat delivered straight to your door on Thursdays (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
