Pasture Raised Beef

We specifically raise Jersey cows for two years: the first they grow tall and the second is when they begin to fill in. This method creates a slow grown, nicely tender meat. Our cows were raised on the pasture, having access to safe shelter, while being supplemented with grain each evening. Through the colder season, they were fed with additional good-quality hay.
