Tuscany Soup Kit: Ground Beef and Cooking Mix

This kit is quick and easy, ready in around 30 minutes, and feeds 4 to 6! Our recipe is a spinoff of the Zuppa Toscana meal which is called "minestra di pane" meaning 'bread soup' in Italian. This soup is loaded with a mix of ground beef, kale, seasonings, and potatoes. We've simplified some of the work for you, just add a few of the wet ingredients and follow the cooking instructions on the pack.  When our customers purchased the kit, they made sure to come back!

This Kit Contains: cooking mix (includes seasonings and dry ingredients) and 1 lb. of our ground beef

You need to add: 2 cups of heavy cream, 4 cups chopped kale, 4-5 potatoes, 8 cups of water
