We enjoy providing our customers with cuts that are unavailable at the grocery store. If you're feeling very daring, use this pasture-raised beef tongue to make classic lingua tacos, or utilize the brine to make homemade pastrami or corned beef. This cut is delicious, lean, and difficult at first, but it's a lot of fun to play around with.

Pick-up from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly. You can also get your farm-raised meat delivered straight to your door on Thursdays (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
